Skillshares
What is the Australian Student Environment Network (ASEN) ?
Curious about what this awesome collective of environment collectives is? Come to the workshop on Tuesday at 3pm, or find out more here at the recently relaunched website.
You can also view a copy of the ASEN Charter here.
The Nuts and Bolts of Facilitation/The Philosophy and Practice of Facilitation
A helpful read for anyone planning on attending either of these skillshares about facilitation.
Radical Art and Creative Activism: A facilitated discussion
This week there are a few skillshares about radical art, one a theoretical discussion on Tuesday at 2pm and a hands on workshop. Here is a read about anarchist art theories by Josh MacPhee and Erik Reuland.
The Science of Campaigning
Want to be a better campaigner? Joel Dignam of the ACT Greens will be running a workshop at 2pm Friday about how to run an effective campaign, no matter the size!
Education Equity Alliance: Building a Pluralistic, Broad-Based National Movement for a Fair Education System
Many students today are currently involved in campaigns against changes to our higher education system. On Friday at 4pm is a facilitated discussion about how we can build a movement to fight these changes. Here is a blog written by a NSW student in February about how we need to use a diversity of tactics to build an effective education movement.
